The suspect (pictured) approached the victim at Adams and Lafayette streets around 4 p.m. and demanded his belongings. The suspect took the victim's phone and was last seen on Adams headed towards Ferry Street.
He is described as a light-skinned Hispanic male who is about 5’8” tall. He was wearing a blue polo shirt, khaki-colored pants and has a tattoo on his left arm. He also has a slight beard, black hair and brown eyes.
